The Small & Medium Gas Pig Cookers use a single stainless steel interior burner that runs the full length of the cookers. It has a adjustable cooking range between 225° & 425°. They can hold up to a 125lb. pig on the Small and up to a 175lb. pig on the Medium with head and feet removed. Though originally designed for cooking whole hogs they are more than capable of barbequing just about anything. These units work great for small to average size family functions. The most common option is the dual rear pot burners, great for frying fish, hush puppies, stew, potatoes, etc..
