Eddie and his team needed a competition cooker
to use for
Kansas City Barbeque Society(KCBS) sanctioned events.
As most of you are aware KCBS rules do not allow gas cookers.
So we discussed how Eddie wanted to cook and designed up this little rig to
suit his needs.
