Small Pig Cookers
The Small Cooker uses a single interior burner that runs the full length of the cooker. It has a adjustable cooking range between 225 degrees & 425 degrees. It can handle cooking small pigs ( up to 125lbs.) and large amounts of chicken. These units make great family cookers. They use small amounts of gas and are fairly compact units, easy to clean and they do not require much storage area. The most common option is the dual rear pot burners, great for frying fish, hush puppies, stew, potatoes, etc..

Cooker Specifications The NEW Small Cooker measures 48” x 36” will hold a 125lb. pig or approx. 35 chicken halves. (You can increase capacity too approx. 45 chicken halves with a additional top grate)

Dual Rear Pot Burners (Additional Cost $500.00) Two exterior pot burners mounted on the rear of the cooker. Will handle pots up to 13" in diameter. Burners are cast iron and rated for 160,000 BTUs each. Good for frying fish, doing stews, boiling, etc. ( Must be welded on during construction. ) Dual Rear Pot Burners Photo Link
Mounted Spare Tire (Additional Cost $125.00) This includes mounting the tire in front of the LP tanks on the front tongue of the cooker. ( Bolt On Option )
Top Cooking Grate (Additional Cost $ 100.00) This is a 12" wide grate that sits on top of the standard grate. It can be slide forward or back to get to food under neat it. Adds about 25% to the cooking capacity of the unit. ( Easy add, just sits on top of main grate. )
Tool Box (Additional Cost $125.00) 7" x 6" x 20" steel tool box mounted under front shelf in front of fender well. Has Locking Latch. ( Bolt on option if you have the dual rear pot burners added also.)
Exterior Smoke Box (Additional Cost $300.00) The smoke box is designed to add wood flavor into your cooker while you still have the convenience of gas. The box is approximately 9" x 20"with a sliding pan, that is removable, and air damper to control the draft. You can use larger chunks of wood or small logs. To start your wood you can use charcoal in the box or you can start the wood in a outside source and add it into the box. ( Must be welded on during construction. )
Slide In Chip Tray (Additional Cost $ 150.00) The chip tray slides in over the gas burner to smoke your wood chips. ( Must be welded on during construction. )
12"Aluminum Star Rims (Additional Cost $250) Upgrade to Aluminum Star Sport Wheels.
12"Aluminum Star Rim Mounted Spare (Additional Cost $200) This includes mounting the tire in front of the LP tanks on the front tongue of the cooker. ( Bolt On Option )
